Sitges

Sitges is a beach town about 35 kilometer southwest from Barcelona. We had a good time strolling the narrow streets with old building, and just imbibed in the local flavor.

 

 

 

 
I saw this collection of ceramic plates on a wall, not sure what it means .  It seems like some tradition of annual event concerning flowers that has been around for 50 years.

 Later I realized that it is their annual flower festival, just like the one we saw in Girona, but is different as shown by the pictures taken by Carol.  Carol and Evans went the following week after us and saw the festival.  Lucky folks!
